Kaichou wa Maid-sama! has something like that though main heroine is mostly in denial
Kämpfer are very weird series which are on boundary with yuri... the main hero turns into a girl because of some reason. He likes a girl but she likes his female form so yeh... but other girls like his male form, one of them is actually pushing things forward. Not the best show but you can try, though main hero is way too obliviouse.
