I haven't played Yutsuki's route still (should get around to it), but as far as Sana goes...

1. That's right. Since Miu believes that Shingo likes Sana anyway, if he actually does start falling for her it doesn't cause any romantic development with Miu. He still joins the club to help Miu, but ends up spending more time with Sana and falling in love with her.

2. It starts after they save the club, which is essentially common to both Miu and Sana.
