In pso2, at least at the moment, there isn't much difference between the races, apart from customising their appearances and minor stats differences. IIRC in PSO casts have trap vision, traps and regeneration, which they do not have here. So basically all races are the same.

And ugh... That sounds terrible. I actually played the DS PSO and it's exactly like you are saying which is kinda dumb in my opinion. IMO Sega needs to bust out a new system.
