Ryoko definitely came across as insane in that scene--she was so genuinely cheerful instead of being angry or cruel--like she literally had no concept that there would be ANY negative repercussions from it from her perspective. I mean, what if Haruhi's reaction had been to eliminate the entire Integrated Data Entity?
