Farewell/Parting
The two girls, who met, fought, misunderstood each other utterly, and finally come to an understanding.
The girl who reached out with her hand and feelings, and the girl who reached out to take/accept it.
They exchange ribbons to remember each other by as the two share tears and smiles as they bid each other farewell.
(Trans note: Being a little poetical here. But I think it captures the mood best)
