They both look like Touma to me, but it's all a matter of interpretation. My friend (who is an artist) has torn up drawings after working for hours on them because they looked "like a different person", but to me it looked perfect... since he can live purely on money made selling his art, I'm guessing he just can see something I don't... which is probably what is happening here.
