Spoiler for Episode 7 summaries:

• Dr.Pavlichenko's lab was designed in order to keep Shion's existent in secret. The reason may related to "ME Network" research he was doing, which shouldn't exist.
• Even though Dr.Pavlichenko's dead body was identified, his memory was found to be only one day long. Agent in Japan reports sighting of him in Tokyo.
• Misaki waiting for someone at doll's roost hesitating to call Ishizaki Kanami when Genma found out. Genma hints Misaki that she always has an observer follows along though the medium does not exist where they are now.
• Genma tells Misaki that he's also here for information, as someone low-ranked as him won't ever going to know what their superiors are planning.
• Hei is now not only being followed by Japanese's agency, but also CIA and FSB. He is looking for a way out of Hokkaido, when a woman from what's-the-name-again comes to pick him up and help him disguise and travel.
• That guy from FSB come to Japan with Tanya. Japanese agency hired Iriya Sokurov to hunts down Suou.
• July being kidnapped by the woman who helped them escape earlier noting "Shota dolls are expensive" and calls for Suou's help. Suou ignoring Hei's order and went to help.
• At the warehouse, Suou use a broken glasses to stop the woman but almost killing her when Iriya found out. Hei come to save them in time nothing "Thanks July, not me."
  
• "Prepare it already. If we're going to hunt, we have to go for them first." Shion said to his father.

Well summarized. Several things were revealed and confirmed in this episode. I would like to add one or two things which I believe are important to understand what's going on.

Dr Pavlichenko fabricated the official document of his family member registration TWICE. It's not revealed when, but I think it implies death and rebirth of either Suou or Shion. However, a question is remaining. From the beginning, we were informed that Dr Pavlichenko can forge human's memory, but how can he have a replica of physical body for himself and Suou/Shion? Is this related to Shion's ability as a contractor? Well...

Genma describes the NAO as a roost of dolls. Interesting.

Btw, I think Iriya Sokurov is working for Russian Agency.


Finally, the most important thing. There is no henshin scene in this episode!
