Madara didn't sell the Uchiha as retards for rebelling, he did exactly the opposite : their mistake was trusting the Senju in the first place.
But anyway that's beside the point, if Madara didn't lie to his teeth Konoha's government ordered his family (and that includes Sasuke himself who was sparred only because of Sarutobi and Itachi who are now both dead) to die, Itachi only being their intermediary.
Why would Sasuke not want to exact his revenge on them? It's not like he should be thankful to Danzou after learning all that.
The question right now is if Sasuke will become as bad as those elders and seeks to kill people who have done nothing wrong to him simply because they are from Konoha or if he will keep his revenge on the elders alone but in both cases it will put him at odds against Konoha's ninja who aren't going to let him have his way on their leaders.
