Seriously though, a nice chapter. It's good to see that Tohdoh still recognizes that there's a line between healthy suspicion and outright paranoia. I was worried he'd spend the rest of his life as a Schneizel-mindf*cked zombie who saw conspiracies everywhere Lelouch was concerned. And it's nice to see that Chiba isn't the overgrown starstruck schoolgirl with the former colonel anymore.
