I liked ep2 just as much as ep1. Flowed well, not slow at all for me (from nothing to an idol group in two episodes?), likeable characters (love the vice-pres), good interactions, good voices, and fantastic drawing and animation.
For some reason, this frame really pleased me:
Face design, framing, depth of background, coloration, light/shade. There was another image with dappled light and shade on a character's face that seemed so natural.
