However, it seemed like the designer who designed such a merciless world had a small sense of conscience as even if drunk, it was ‘an active state where people don’t lose their minds’. Since there won’t be drunkards who would make a huge ruckus and start bawling, there wouldn’t be people breaking the law by getting drunk.
