I foresee something bad might happen to Erio... But that could just be the fact it seems males in the Nanoha series tend to become sidelined pretty quickly. Just look at Yuuno and Chrono.
But back on to the main topic of pairings.
I wouldn't mind to see some pairing perhaps late in the series, episodes 24-26 perhaps. Heck, maybe in an epilogue like A's?
Although I'd find it pretty awesome if say oh, Nanoha and Fate were dating in secret for a while now. *Cackle*
