It will likely be listed on the
official website, I believe. Right now all it's got stuff for is the BD/DVD release of the first two movies, though. I seem to remember starting from there when I purchased tickets for the Canadian release. The international airings
just got announced, so I wouldn't expect locations to be decided just yet.
