Only Shante had a flashback. I guess you mistook young Shante as young Seiglinde.

Victoria is apparently made of iron, because none of Shante's attacks did much damage (0, 980, and 1650) and she only hit Shante twice, once for 14850 (remainder of 150) and face-to-floor for 3200. She also has a beam saber in the pole of her halberd. Awesome.

So she's Iron Maiden?
