Spoiler for healing ability:

She was the one who used Resurrection by Compassion on Saffron Blossom, but unlike its name it was instead used with malicious intent to 'hasten' her death (instead of waiting one hour for respawn).
The way I see it she doesn't heal to ease suffering but healing someone to prolong their suffering instead. Another way to see it is that she takes delight in other people's suffering, she 'heals' their wounds before they completely break down and let it repeat?
