Keep in mind that there's a difference between the abilities in themselves and the way the character uses them. Chiyu got her time rewind ability due to her overwhelming wish to restore the baka trio's friendship of the past. What dominant wish of WC caused her to receive Healing and Resurrection as abilities?

I'm exceptionally interested in her, and I'd fully expect Haru not only to "talk" with WC, but rather even to fall under her influence. For maximum drama, the author could (and should) instigate a tug-of-war for Haru between KYH and WC.

In the meantime, I'll handle WC with care, but I think that there's going to be more about her than just "Evilest of all Evil Bosses".

Resurrection by compassion (RBC) is not healing but revive ability and it is useless outside the UNF so it might be just a bonus ability from lev up, also it have some penalty and not full revival.

Regarding her personality, it might be the accelerated world that deceive her and turn her into a manipulated and final boss character. Remember Chrome Falcon
