This one off ability is the ability to link into all the physical data of all IS in the world via the IS network. Though the function of this is only limited to structural data. Therefore it can be used as analysis and a means for the IS to recreate a replica of that equalizer/pre-set/IS part as if it was just an equalizer. However, normally what's possible is only data retrieval. Only when the one-off ability maximizes and the four assistant AI's merge into their original form can the system recreate the structures on full scale and any data can be retrieved instantaneously while in this transcendent state(because normally, data retrieval requires Charlotte to manually dive into the network). Though it can arm Charlotte with as many weapons as she would so choose, the actual capacity of her IS unit itself to use the weapon is still limited. The real purpose behind this ability is to facilitate on field repairs to other IS, unlike Akatsubaki's Kenran Butou that only restores energy.
