I don't really have one. Ace's fire fist, Luffy's bazooka, rifle, jet pistol, Mihawk's ship cutting slashes ( not really a special technique, just a sword swing that shows his raw power ), Croc's desert sword, most of Zoro's sword techniques, Sanji's fire leg, the list goes on. There's so many I can't pick one.
