Yeah, I guess it's something about his magic-less condition but I wonder what.
I'm not so sure about number 3, since he apparently not interested in his sister in that way.
And I think the sister know since she said "Even for magic .." in chapter 1. Implying that Tatsuya is supposed to be super badass strong.
