Alucard had his human form, but he could also change into far more powerful and monstrous/demonic forms when his limiters were unlocked (and against Luke, he unleashed his Cerberus familiars). Take his fight against Rip Van Winkle, among other enemies. I think that's the case here- Alucard doesn't have any limiters, and it seems this is the best that the Dark Lords (and Lady) could do...

The rosary messed with Moka's memories. The rosary sealed away some of Moka's memories which could make her recall things incorrectly.
