After I downloaded it I remembered having seen it quite some time ago with french subtitles. Studio 4C has made more short episodes like this one and I hope wizzu will sub them too. ^^
You don't always have to fully understand what's going on. Some more experimental Animes/Movies require you to cling off from the details and let yourself go with the mood. If you can't, I suggest you do some yoga and listen to some freejazz.
