I'm saying that Mikuru's while larger than what you would expect for a Japanese teenager, are most definitely not outside the "normal" range for breast sizes. I saw plenty of women at my High school with a similiar bust. Japanese women ussually have smaller chest sizes, but it isn't completely unheard for some of them to be bustier.
Mikuru's breasts only seem unnatural when you look at nothing but Lolicon.
