As I said you can't compare a 1000 year old to someone who is less than 100.
Would you expect a 10 year old child to beat down a 18 year old one just because they are doing same sports?
So what if they are both captains? Just because they are both captains doesn't mean that they are equel. It only means that they are better than the majority of those who are not captains yet. It doesn't put them on the same scale just because of the title.
