Here is a full summary of the new chapter:

Spoiler for 104:

Blade and co. are overwhelmed by Riru because of her overwhelming control of everything in the area that outdoes ever Fragment seen before.
When Eve mocks Riru, Riru scolds Eve for being so cavalier with her life when she has "stolen a portion of her master's brain".
Riru reveals that she has an Eve Project choker with the codename Eve M.
Just as Eve was made to join with Blade, she says she was made to join with Arclight.
Cruz asks why she didn't show up in Arclight, Blade, and Gido's memories and Riru says she will tell them who made her.
However, Disk cuts in before she can say anything, telling Cruz Riru's plan is to buy time for Arclight to finish becoming a god.
Disk senses a life form in the giant cocoon behind Riru, but Blade is trapped by Riru's Psychokinesis so he can do nothing about it.
Riru tries to stop Eve's heart, but Cruz uses Shield of Aegis to stop Riru.
This also stops Riru's Psychokinesis from affecting Blade and he Dean Drive Fox Hounds past Riru (who is shocked as she did not know Cruz was a Needless) and toward the cocoon.
Blade uses Little Boy but is stopped at the last second.
Riru uses another blast of Psychokinesis on Cruz and deduces what his power is, so she sends Eve and Disk flying into him instead of directly using Psychokinesis on him. (This causes a pile of panty shots.)
Riru launches Blade away from the cocoon, but it turns out the Little Boy was a feint and he had attached some of Kafka's threads to the cocoon. With a cry of "Open sesame!!!", Blade tears open the cocoon with the threads and the chapter ends.
