Also, I really like this VN, it's really close to Ever17 overall I still debate to myself which I like more.
I thought the fact that you have to analyze things yourself without a 'real' ending was neat though they probably did a bit too much. I liked the way R11's characters got out of the loop more than E17.
Ever17 had better overall characters and interaction to me but Remember11 probably had the better overall plot and mystery.
Also nice to know that Never7 might get a full translation soon.

Spoiler for Bad Ending/End game spoilers:
1.There's no explicit answer, but here's my theory:
The murderer was Inubushi's body. In the Bad Ending, I think that if you don't take the pills, the third personality in Satoru's body (the male twin) plays around with the water. The third personality in Inubushi's body (the female twin) hears the sound of the male twin playing, and comes into the bathroom, playing along with him. Eventually, the female twin dunks the male twin's head in the water, not aware of the consequences. While this happens, the personality shift occurs, and Satoru returns to his body while Inubushi returns to her body. As a result, Satoru finds himself drowning, while Inubushi is confused (notice how in some cases, it takes Satoru/Kokoro and Inubushi/Hotori a few seconds to fully grasp their surroundings and the situation right after they've transferred). By the time Inubushi realizes what's going on, however, it's too late, Satoru having already drowned.
When you DO take the pills, when the male twin transfers into Satoru's personality, it's too tired to play around, and just sits around in the bathroom. The female twin doesn't hear him as a result, and just plays around in Satoru's room. Towards the end, the male twin manages to fight it off a bit and dunks its head in the water (whether it was just trying it out as a game or got so tired it accidentally dunked Satoru's body in). So when Satoru transfers back to his body, he has no one pushing his head down, and is able to get back up.
Keep in mind this is just a theory, I can't say for sure that's what happened.
2. The earthquake caused the circuit breaker to trip, knocking out the power. Remember how Yuni shows that he had to find the circuit breaker in the basement to restore power.
As for who was trying to kill Satoru... the answer is nobody. Here's another theory of mine.
The one who slashed Satoru's arm was either the male twin or the female twin. My theory is that when the transfer occured in the blackout, the male and femal twin played around in the darkness. At one point, the male or female twin took a knife, and slashed Satoru's arm. If it was the male twin who did it, the female twin then takes the knife. If the female twin slashed him, she keeps the knife. Then a transfer occured. Satoru came back to his own body, as did Inubushi. Satoru came under the misunderstanding that the other person in the room was trying to attack him, and he ran away. In reality, Inubushi never intended to hurt Satoru, and was just as confused as he was.
Now, in the Bad Ending, Satoru attacks the other person. If it's Inubushi, then I think she panicked, thinking she was the one being attacked, and either killed Satoru in a falsely perceived form of self-defense, or Inubushi accidentally stabbed him when he jumped on her (given the angle they were at, it's not unfeasible).
I'll try to finish the Never7 translation as soon as possible. If my calculations are correct, I should have it done by the end of the summer/early fall.
EDIT: Whoops, forgot to answer the second half of #2. I answered it.
