I would recommend
Pretty Face.
Basically the main character had a freak accident and his face was reconstucted into the face of the girl he likes (
his body is still male). Mainly comedy. The series is completed although with a rather rushed ending.
p.s. Since you read MxO, this series is also by the same mangaka (
his earlier work).
