You missed a subtlety there that the girl was green. So obviously attacking her would make him turn orange. She was the only one whom attacking would be a problem.

Even if they wanted to keep it PG-13, there's way too little to infer that they *did* have sex. If they had actually meant to imply that, they would've at least put Kirito in underpants only, sitting on the bed, the it would've been clear. But they didn't.

Like I said, they basically did their equivalent of cutting to Captain Kirk sitting on the bed putting on his boots. Subtle, but you can tell what he was up to.
