Um... Tomoyo's light doesn't have any parallel requirements, IIRC. You do, however, have to do Tomoyo's route right after Misae's if you want Misae's light (or was it vice versa?). I'm not sure how best to manipulate saves to do this the quickest.
Koumura's light doesn't have anything to do with Tomoyo's light.
