Depending on their theoretical and practical spec of Mini I.S. of course (basically all Military-grade .armor in ST are I.S. cheap knockoff and treated like they deserve). Rogue AI I.S. get same treatment as normal I.S., sometimes more dangerous (as in Gospel and Golems)
