I pay no mind to canon, strongest Z villain to me was Janemba.

Anyway, as I've mentioned before I'm calling Gogeta (SS3 or not), to be the trump card Goku uses against Bills.

Or maybe they'll pull an 180 and have him be too strong for Goku to beat.
