Well to me it looks like the plot of this arc is still being constructed, judging from what this chapter was about.

After the last chapter I had different exceptions about the current chapter, but it's not like this chapter hadn't some merits to it too.

Well at first glance, the plot of this chapter is how the Wong family introduce there guests, though the most interesting development is the return of Hokuto.

I think it's also important to notice that Hokuto has made his reappearance on a wheelchair, which might suggest that we might learn more about the negative aspects of injecting monster blood into a human.
