That doesn't explain Armadura, though. Is it the same case with that? Because she didn't pull Armadura out against the dragons at the end of GMG (I guess because she was spent from using Nakagami?), nor did she ever once pull it out on Tenrou island, or during the key of the starry skies arc, either.
Maybe just the situation never presented itself that a city-busting nuke was necessary?
