Nice first episode, I am hooked. Interesting setting, very good artwork, good music. And if ANN is right Alice's seiyuu is the one of Rei from Marimite which is great.
The only complaint would be the rather clumsy attempts to include humour.
P.S. Why do more than half of anime villain leaders seem to have white hair?
