Yea, so? And it's cut off. We've already been shown that false things can be said in red so long as it's not completed; look at Battler at the end of EP4.
Ontop of that, the way the Japanese phrase was worded, it was basically set up so that if not interrupted, it could've possibly read "This is not really truth."
The best way to phrase it in English might be "This is all truth--for this specific gameboard."
