i found a few flaws in your explaination
1. people, even anime characters gets tired, so the neji getting knocked out by two punches was rational, after deflecting kyuubi chakra, i don't think you would have enough energy to win
2. i agree with you that naruto is stupid and that's why he fought oro in the forest- stupidity overcomes
3. one thing in the anime world where naruto is, if a person you are holding or is holding you is alive, you cannot move or pluck them away. That's why kakashi was able to escape zabuza's blow to cut though him and haku- haku was dead. So, if haku was still alive, kakashi wouldn't have been able to move and would have be sliced in half. So, that basically justifies the kabuto vs. Naruto thing
4. one last thing that i remembered - on the top of the hospital: how can sasuke move if he was in mid air? if sasuke could have dodged naruto's rasengan, that would blow physics that is even necessary for anime, far away
5. this is a fictional thing, why the hell am i typing this...
