I would say he is not 'pretty' as such but has many qualities, not only look, that are quite admirable...

His eyes are just adorable aswell IMO...

Spoiler for Vampire Knight, flashback and ep 9: Just have to look at the way he is with Yuki in the flashbacks of his arrival at the school... and compare that to the way is very overportective over her when it came to the meetings with Maria etc.. His eyes are just adorable aswell IMO...
