Possibly, he's knows something. The third image he posted (above) seems to address the issue directly. I can't tell if we're seeing coloring instructions, or someone is simply making a comparison.

The person wrote that he got the manga and noticed the really awkward wardrobe on Ayaka, too. So to affirm whether that's skin or not, he took off the coverslip, and on the draft cover, Akamatsu Ken indeed did indicate that Ayaka's top front is supposed to be flesh-colored (read: nearly exposed).
