Does anyone know where the Kuu-chan dream Omake came from? It looks hilarious.

For those that haven't seen it, it shows Kuu running around the Inn with everyone as children. Baby Matsu, Kazehana looking about the same age as Kuu still drinking (though it might be soda), even Miya is a kid and starts balling (so cute).
