When Jiraiya and key froggy are having a chat, Jiraiya says Minato split the Kyuubi chakra into Ying&Yang sealing the Yang into Naruto's body and the Ying(dark)with the Shiki Fuuin, does this mean not all of Kyuubi's chakra is accessible, or that the entirety of the chakra is lost till extraction. Is the Yang what leaks out?
