Normally only licensed and illegal content like raws and scans. ncode.syosetu is a public free to read site. Even for those newly licensed series, if the web version of the novels are yet to be removed from the site, it's legal to read them (from the website) for all. As long as it's legal and no unauthorized infringement, it's okay.
