We still have to learn how Tsukune is the key to the seal... is it connected to "fate" or Akasha made the seal that the first human that will accept her as normal person (and will like her not becouse of look but becouse of her vampire nature) and not a monster... will become the key.... like the seal went off when Tsukune accepted moka who is a vampire as friend...

I hope it will somehow explain why Tsukune a medicore normal weak human... is it becouse he has special gens needed for that...like Akasha survived somehow... and left the castle and searched for a person that has the nessesery gen to become the key....... guh soooo many questions after this chapter....

maybe Issa become angry becouse allucard awakened... and he has to follow his will... and well allucard wanted to destroy the human world... well maybe they cant defeat allucard as a shinso is required for that...

Perhaps your right, Mikogami and Hokuto did say that a cruel "Fate" awaites Moka and Tsukune, of course Akasha did want Moka to grow up as a normal girl even though shes a Vampire, and mabye Akasha made the rosary to be pulled off by a human in this case its Tsukune.

What you also said might be true since Tsukune did accept Moka as a friend reguardless of her being a Vampire, we also know that Tsukune got accepted into youkai academy because his father found an application dropped by a "Priest" which could very well be Mikogami (earlier some of us made the assumption but it has yet to be confirmed),

Of course all of this could be "Fate", let's not forget Jack frost's prediction about Moka and Tsukune in (R+V Chapter 14 Page 34), not only that but i guess the first step for youkai and humans to coexist in harmony and peace. would be to actually send a human to youkai academy, in this case its Tsukune of course, but some of this information is confirmed and some of it isnt, im trying not to jump to any conclusions, but with these clues and new developments, i dont really know what to make of any of the unconfirmed information, yet.
