The Maus is currently the worst t10. Its main flaws are its size, poor firepower, and inadequate protection. Because its so large, its impossible to mass or hide. This makes it easy to hit, especially by arty, and tactically very inflexible. Its armor likewise doesn't help against gold rounds, and its flat surfaces are generally easy for a good player to pen.
