All the figures are getting a March re-release I have them all already. But Saeko now comes with a new base and a black tank top vs the original naked apron top. The bare chest in those photos for Rei and Saeko are extra parts that can only be ordered in japan with the proof of purchase, you can't order them without a japanese address which sucks.
As for the US release on home video we have awhile to go. The japanese release for the last disc is 02/23/11 so they have to complete their release first as a given rule. Based on most US releases they usually do it around when the first episode premiered on TV so I would guess July 2011, luckily I'd bet it will be a full series box release vs single discs I hope.
