I watched the scene again and now I'm pretty sure Fabio meant to kill Alicia. What a jerk! Just because he was traumatized from seeing a Valkyrie destroy his entire squad.

Hmm It seems to me like Fabio wants to kill Alicia because he had flashbacks of Selvaria's powers and looked really scared. Then he had flashbacks of Alicia and apologizes.
Blah Maybe I just want a reason to hate Fabio even more!
