The movie is about Konoha vs. Akatsuki and Tobi basically.
It's seemingly an alternate storyline, where Kushina/Minato survived and some other random changes.

Sasuke's only taken part in 2 movies so I guessed he would be in this 1 but it's odd that Sasuke wasn't on the poster for this movie (if he's in it).
If Minato is alive then the uchiha clan massacre may have been stopped but it could be harder for Kishi to put so many Uchiha's in this movie unless just Sasuke's family are in it and maybe Shisui, would be cool to see Itachi and Sasuke living a normal live.
