New news on VC3!!!
Updates on character growth (aka potentials) and switching between unit types as well as two new characters:
Fellius (#21): Sent to Nameless for delivering inaccurate info to his superiors.
Vallerie (#12): A former historian, she broke some laws in an investigation and consequently sent to the Nameless.
