From what I had observed, the 76th Generation probably all failed in the audition stage (reference to what Tsubasa said in ep3) or all of them had been promoted (since Kanata and Minori are still not promoted, an indication that the 76th generation got promoted).
Too bad we did not get Sayaka said "It did not reach me" to Minori and Kanata.
