I don't see a glowing key at the end so I think it's the glowing key at the beginning combined with the end.
Sped it up by two times to keep the 100x100 within the limit.

Just the walking forward and close in brings it to 96kb and I am too lazy to optimise it by erasing whatever the veterans know.
