The "New Kama Land" thing is probably a hint in the anime that will be referenced later when FUNimation reaches the Impel Down arc.

I gotta ask: would it be possible for FUNimation to have Nami say tangerines one time and oranges the next? Same should go for either saying berries or bellies (we're talking about the currency in One Piece).
