So, the preview is now out and I lasted about ten minutes after noticing before I folded like a cheap suit and read it, here's a quick summary:

Starts immediately after last volume ends, more searching, go back to 106 for food and rest so they don't end up useless. Koutarou contacts Crimson in the hope of help. Continues searching. Theia and Ruth find him, force him to slow down for their sake because he won't for his own. They go to a cafe, get a cute moment, continue searching. Ruth ends up crying in happiness and guilt about being happy that he's so caring, she and Theia disappear to Koutarou shouting for them not to go and try and them giving him clues.
